Dalto Shop ships products from our location in Miami Florida as well as several warehouses and manufactures, We will try to ship from the closest location that has your product in stock so that it arrives as soon as possible.

We have access to thousands of products that are not on our website. We are always adding more products but let us know if you have something in mind that you would like to see added.
Most items arrive in 1-5 business days. However some item such as bumpers need to be sent truck freight and may take a week and half for shipping. Some items may also be on back order by the manufacturer, which will extend the delivery time. You will be notified if you order is on backorder.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis, therefore you will need to contact us to determine the proper approach, Things that affect how a return is handled are… How long since it was ordered? What is the item? Why is it being returned? Is it damaged?
